Billy Bragg posted a photo this afternoon with Johnny Marr on X writing, “So this happened today in Vancouver BC where Johnny Marr and I are both doing gigs tonight (as is Paul Weller). We spent a lovely long lunch comparing notes about the joy of playing music and laughing uproariously about the old days. Love you Johnny.” Bragg’s bringing his Roaring Forty Tour to the Commodore Ballroom tonight, doors 7 p.m., show at 8 p.m. Marr and James are co-headlining at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, doors at 6:30 p.m., show at 7:30 p.m.
