Studio 58 Unpacks Emotional Baggage in Dark Comedy (Oct. 3 – 13)

Studio 58 at Langara College rolls out Baggage, a darkly comic look into the messy aftermath of love gone wrong. Ghosts of past relationships haunt Jill as she begins a new romance. The play, first presented in Montreal in 2019, features a cast and crew from Langara’s professional theatre training program. Written by Sarah Segal-Lazar and directed by Jessie Liang, the production opens on Oct. 3 and runs until Oct. 13, with showtimes at 2 and 7:30 p.m. A Talkback Tuesday session with the cast takes place after the show on Oct. 8.
