Track of the Day: Colin James – “Devilment“

North Vancouver-based musician Colin James releases his 23rd studio album, Chasing the Sun, on Aug. 23 on Stony Plain Records. The new material was written with Tom Wilson (Blackie and the Rodeo Kings) and the MacDonald Brothers (The Trews), and features guest performances from the likes of Lucinda Williams and old buddy Colin Linden. Charlie Musselwhite’s harmonica is all over a couple of tracks including the first single, “Devilment.” James celebrates the release of the album with shows this weekend in Whistler on Friday, Aug. 16, and the PNE Fair on Saturday, Aug. 17.
