Dancehall and punk music legends are visiting Vancouver on Friday night: Sister Nancy of “Bam Bam” fame is helping Fortune Sound Club celebrate its 15th anniversary while the Commodore Ballroom is hosting a double shot of punk’s finest featuring The Damned and The Avengers.
