Disney’s Frozen Musical Fable Hits the Stage at the (Snow) Queen E Theatre (until July 21)

Broadway Across Canada is presenting the touring production of Disney’s Frozen at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre through July 21. The original story behind Disney’s Frozen was inspired by Hans Christen Andersen’s fairy tale, “The Snow Queen,” published the week before Christmas in 1844. Disney producers first tried to make it into a movie a century later, in the 1940s. The hit Broadway musical, recommended for ages six and up, features music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez and a book by Jennifer Lee based on the 2013 Disney animated film.
