The Bill Reid Gallery opens a new exhibition on Sept. 18 that looks into the creative relationship between Northwest Coast Haida artist Bill Reid and his close friend, typographer and book designer Robert (Bob) Reid. Guest curated by Martine J. Reid, “Formline: Calligraphy, The Creative Synergy of Bill Reid and Bob Reid” focuses on their collaborative efforts in two-dimensional and three-dimensional work as well as other archival materials.
