Elisapie Kicks Off VIFF Live Series at UBC’s Chan Centre (Sept. 28)
The Vancouver International Film Festival’s concert series, VIFF Live, features four shows, guest-curated by Indigenous scholar and media maker Jarrett Martineau, that will run concurrently with the film screenings. Opening the VIFF Live x Chan EXP series, Inuk artist Elisapie is presenting the West Coast premiere of her new multimedia show, Uvattini, at UBC’s Chan Centre for the Performing Arts on Sept. 28 at 8 p.m.
