Megaphone Magazine Amplifies Voices From the Margins with New Anthology

Megaphone Magazine celebrates the launch of the latest edition of their Voices of the Street anthology series on May 17, from 6-8 p.m., at SFU’s Goldcorp Centre for the Arts. Voices of the Street features poetry and prose written by people who live in the Downtown Eastside and participated in community workshops hosted by Megaphone. The 14th edition, Bread, Roses & Safe Supply, features content from 29 writers and two photographers. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. with an opening reading by Isabella Wang at 6:30 p.m., followed by readers and a photography panel.
