Vancouver Short Film Festival Screening Best Canadian Work

The short film, Everlasting, documents the history of the Wing Sang Building, built in 1889. The six-storey structure is the oldest brick building in Vancouver. Directed by Larry Chin and Sarah Ling, Everlasting screens Saturday, June 1 at 2 p.m. at VIFF Centre: Vancity Theatre as part of this year’s Vancouver Short Film Festival. The Vancouver Short Film Festival returns for its 14th Edition, featuring the best Canadian short film productions. This year, 46 films, six programs, and three days of filmmaker events are scheduled for the VIFF Centre, 1181 Seymour St. The VSFF24 Opening Reception takes place at the VIFF Centre at 8:30 p.m. after the first evening of screenings. The festival also continues online through June 9.
