The Harmony Arts Festival returns to the West Vancouver waterfront from Aug. 2 to 11 with more than 60 live concerts on several stages and a community celebration of visual and culinary arts. There are too many excellent musical highlights to mention them all but a rare live performance of The Luckies (featuring singer/songwriters Shari Ulrich, Hilary Grist, and Jeanne Tolmie) on Saturday, Aug. 3, at 5:30 p.m. is a must. Orchard Sky, with Krystle Dos Santos on vocals, is lined up for a show on Monday, Aug. 5, at 7 p.m. The country rock party band likes to play with an edge, tapping into influences like Chris Stapleton, the Black Crowes, and Brothers Osborne. Jim Byrnes hits the stage with his band the following night, Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 7 p.m. Visual art will be on display in two art markets while the signature culinary event, Best of the West, featuring restaurant and winery pairings in an exclusive ticketed event, takes place on Ambleside Pier, on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 7 p.m. Check out the full calendar on the Harmony Arts website.
