PNE Fair Returns to Hastings Park with Summer Thrills (Aug. 17 – Sept. 2)
The PNE Fair opens its doors on Saturday, Aug. 17, and runs through Sept. 2 in Hastings Park. Admission tickets are discounted on opening weekend and also when purchased online. Download a map of the fairgrounds here. The 90th edition of the PNE Prize Home is already constructed on its Langley property and will be available for tours until Sept. 2. Canadian music legend Burton Cummings opens this year’s PNE Summer Night Concerts series at the Pacific Coliseum on Saturday, Aug. 17. North Vancouver bluesman Colin James, who just recently was awarded the Order of BC “for shaping Canadian music with his guitar mastery, electrifying performances and unwavering dedication to his community” will open the concert. All shows in this year’s Summer Night Concerts series are being held in the Pacific Coliseum while the new PNE Amphitheatre is under construction.

Singer-songwriter Charlotte Cardin released a new four-song EP, A Week in Nashville, in May, which features the single “Lonely with Our Love.” She performs at the Pacific Coliseum on Sunday, Aug. 25 as part of the PNE Fair’s Summer Night Concerts series.

Tickets include fair admission. The 2024 PNE Fair runs from Aug. 17 until Sept. 2 from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m., except for Mondays (Aug. 19 and 26) when the fair will be closed.
